Today in Ndirande, Urban Blantyre, we worked alongside dedicated educators to deepen understanding of the ‘Good Lesson Cycle’ highlighting the power of clear learning intentions, success criteria, active learning, effective questioning, and feedback that drives progress.
The engagement was exceptional. Teachers embraced the strategies with enthusiasm, contributing to rich, reflective dialogue. We also explored innovative ways to use school libraries as evolving hubs for teaching and learning.
At the same time in Limbe, school leaders focused on strengthening self-evaluation practices which are critical to sustaining school improvement and accountability.
Together, these sessions are laying the groundwork for lasting impact on classroom practice and leadership.
A powerful and purposeful day for education in Blantyre.
