Today marked the start of an inspiring journey with Malawi Leaders of Learning (MLOL) as we worked alongside senior school leaders to strengthen leadership skills and improve teaching practices in rural Malawi.
In our morning sessions, we explored how strong, supportive leadership can transform schools and create lasting impact for learners. The conversations were open, reflective, and focused on real, sustainable change.
We were honoured to be hosted in two rural schools, where we observed dedicated teachers and engaged learners in action.
Despite limited resources and challenges leaders face in Malawi, the passion and commitment to education were clear in every classroom.
